  1. Introduction

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the registration, attendance, and participation in conferences, organized by World United Consumer Organization (WUCO). By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

  1. Registration and Payment

 

2.1 Eligibility 

Registration for the Event is open to individuals who are [age, profession, other restrictions if applicable]. By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.

 

2.2 Payment 

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Accepted methods of payment include [list payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, etc.]. Failure to pay will result in your registration being void.

 

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds 

- Cancellations made 7 days before the Event will receive a refund, excluding administrative fees.

- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within days of the Event.

 

2.4 Substitutions 

Substitute attendees may attend in place of registered attendees, provided that written notice is given to the Organizer at least 7 days before the Event.

 

  1. Event Changes and Cancellations

 

3.1 Organizer’s Rights 

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, or venue. In the unlikely event of cancellation, the Organizer will notify all registered participants and refund registration fees. The Organizer is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

 

3.2 Force Majeure 

The Organizer shall not be held liable for failure to hold the Event or for changes to the Event due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

 

  1. Code of Conduct

 

4.1 Expected Behavior 

All participants, including attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff, are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

 

4.2 Consequences 

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in expulsion from the Event without a refund and potential legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.

 

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

 

5.1 Personal Information 

By registering for the Event, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Organizer’s [Privacy Policy] for purposes related to the Event.

 

5.2 Photography and Recording 

The Event may be recorded, photographed, or live-streamed. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and for such recordings to be used for promotional or educational purposes by the Organizer.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

 

6.1 Content Ownership 

All materials, presentations, and content shared during the Event are protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without permission from the Organizer or the respective copyright owner.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

 

7.1 Disclaimer 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Event, including but not limited to injury, loss of property, or business interruptions.
